Yes! You can choose to pay on 4, 6 & 12 month blocks.
There are no fees if you choose to pay upfront. If you choose to pay weekly or monthly the following fees apply:
$9.90 Establishment Fee (once off)
3.25% transaction fee (ongoing)
Treatments are scheduled after payment has been fully cleared. For example, if you choose our weekly payment plan, you must complete four weekly payments before your treatment begins.
Upfront: The moment you're keen to get started!
Monthly option: The first day of each month
Weekly Option: To be decided at your first appointment
Yes we require a 4 month minimum commitment. After the initial 4 month period you may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. If no notice is given, membership will auto renew each month.
You will be given a treatment credit that you can use another month or you may gift this to someone else.
Whilst you can gift a monthly treatment to someone else you cannot share any of the perks or LED access with anyone else.
Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 3months.
